Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation before the order is dispatched from our facility.

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, customers may refer to the Return & Refund Policy after receiving the product.

Refund on Cancellation

If cancellation is approved:

  • Prepaid Orders: Full refund to original payment method

  • COD Orders: No charges applied

Refund timeline:

  • Refund initiation: within 2 business days

  • Processing by bank/gateway: 2–5 business days

Total expected time: 3–7 business days


Orders Already Dispatched

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Customers may:

  • Accept delivery and request return, OR

  • Refuse delivery (not recommended)

Refund for prepaid orders will be processed only after the shipment is returned and verified.


Refusal or Non-Acceptance of Orders

Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of orders, especially COD orders, may result in:

  • Restriction of COD service

  • Future order limitations

  • Order cancellation

This is to prevent misuse of logistics resources.


Store-Initiated Cancellation

StylaCore reserves the right to cancel orders under the following conditions:

  • Product out of stock

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions

  • Bulk or reseller-type orders

  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information

  • Non-serviceable delivery location

If an order is cancelled by us, any prepaid amount will be refunded.


Cancellation Abuse Prevention

StylaCore may restrict services for customers who:

  • Frequently cancel orders after confirmation

  • Repeatedly refuse COD deliveries

  • Place non-genuine or test orders

  • Misuse promotional offers

Such actions may lead to account or order restrictions.
