Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.


Shipping Coverage

StylaCore currently offers shipping across India. We do not provide international shipping at this time.

Orders are delivered to most serviceable PIN codes. In case a location is not serviceable after order placement, customers will be informed and any prepaid amount will be refunded.


Shipping Charges

StylaCore provides Free Shipping on all orders across India, including both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

There are no additional or hidden shipping charges at checkout.

Delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 4–8 business days

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.

Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. StylaCore is not responsible for delivery failures due to:

  • Invalid phone number

  • Incomplete information

Orders returned due to incorrect details may require confirmation for reshipment.


Undelivered / RTO (Return to Origin) Orders

If an order is returned to us by the courier:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund processed after receipt and verification

  • COD orders: May be reshipped upon customer confirmation

Repeated non-acceptance of COD orders may lead to restriction of COD services.


Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

StylaCore is not liable for delays once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner.


Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • Accept and record evidence (photos/video)

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for assistance under our Return Policy.
